Welcome to my practice. I’m Dr. Angela Pucci, your partner on this health journey since 2006. My philosophy is simple: listen deeply, treat holistically, and support each individual’s unique path to wellness. 

Whether you need to sleep better, relieve pain, improve performance, or balance life’s stresses, I’m here to help with a blend of expert chiropractic care and a passion for your overall well-being.

My life has been enriched by athletics and by movement.  It’s natural that my approach incorporates not just chiropractic techniques but also nutrition, sleep, and preventive care. I am dedicated in helping you make your life healthier and more vibrant.

Welcome to my practice!

I have always had a strong interest in health, science and sport. Being active and healthy is at the core of my being. It is no surprise that I ended up studying Kinesiology while I ran track at Lakehead University, dabbled in researching muscle physiology at York University then became a sport-focused Chiropractor at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

My Approach

With this belief system at my core, my practice ultimately looks like this:

PAIN – If you are in pain, let’s determine the root cause, and fix it together by using a combination of passive care (me helping you with hands-on care; Chiropractic, ART®, Acupuncture, etc ) and active care (you doing your recommended exercises). Your recovery is a group effort, me and you!

TUNE UPS – If you are eager to continue to function optimally at your sport, be a present and active parent, or continue to feel well overall, while staying ahead of injury, let’s keep you moving well and pain-free with check-ins from time to time.

SLEEP– If quality sleep is an issue for you, let’s discuss why this might be and get you on the right track. There are a lot of moving parts to this, but we will tackle it together.

NUTRITION – If you are stuck in a rut and are uncertain about your food choices or nutrients you might be lacking, let’s have a conversation.
