What to expect
Active Release Technique (ART®) is Dr. Angela’s primary treatment modality and is part of every session. She begins by evaluating your condition, discussing your medical history, and identifying your pain points. Based on this assessment, she creates a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, which includes both in-clinic treatments and at-home care.
During each session, ART® is employed to target and release affected muscles and soft tissues. Many patients experience immediate improvements in pain and mobility, often expressing, “This hurts so good!”
Dr. Angela regularly monitors your progress and adjusts the treatment plan as needed. You’ll also receive guidance on exercises and lifestyle modifications to support your recovery. Follow-up sessions are essential to ensure lasting benefits and to address any new issues that may arise.
