For two decades, I supported women and their families as an evidence-based chiropractor. Today, I focus exclusively on research-based sleep consulting and education for women navigating stress, hormonal shifts, and full lives.

Through years of clinical practice, and my own experience raising children and running a business, one theme appeared consistently: when women don’t sleep well, everything suffers.

Why Sleep Matters

Sleep is not an isolated issue; it’s deeply connected to how we move, how we cope, and how we show up in our lives. When sleep is disrupted, pain lingers longer, stress feels heavier, hormones become harder to regulate, and resilience drops.

Today, my work is dedicated to helping women restore healthy, sustainable sleep. I bring a deep understanding of the female body, stress physiology, hormones, and pain, all grounded in science and shaped by thousands of clinical conversations.

My approach is both compassionate and practical. I focus on lifestyle, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based strategies that fit real lives, especially for women juggling careers, caregiving, and constant demands.
